The whole place was fairly clean and the staff were helpful. The rooms were impeccably clean with separate beds. The location was top and convenient for traveling around Cologne, adjacent to the public transport and a massive selection of bars and restaurants, the bars and a tram stop outside and the centre, trams, bus and a railway station-Koeln Sued. Altstadt-Sud district was worth visiting.

Their staff were not very friendly.

the pay tv is moneytrick. On the tv it says after 1 minute it will be charged, however all hotels have special remote controls to confirm the pay tv using, but I payed 2 days pay tv as I have never watched it..

location.

It was in the midst fo being refurbished. There was concrete being poured in the lobby on one day and lots of banging etc. The walls are very thin and there was a good deal of noise. The internet service is not especially reliable.

The adress

That Internet not was free to use. and it seemed expencive. This is the year 2010. Also there were some problems about the bill. one room had capped over some paychannels and there for we were charged for 2 days of paytv. not used. just capped over.

the price quoted is unreasonable as within the same area with same facilities you will be able to get a better price 45-50% less than which i paid.

with compared to asian hotels at least a bottle of water need to be supplied along with the coffe making facilities. Even a plug top need to be purchased and this is the first ever hotel which i came accross in my life where i have to purchased the plug top to charge my mobile.
